• Name, Nationality, and Contact Information.
• Passport copy, Visa copy, and Emirates ID.
• Driving License details.
• Credit Card information for payments and security deposits.

We use your data to:

• Process bookings and rental agreements.
• Verify eligibility to drive in the UAE.
• Process payments, fines, and Salik charges.
• Comply with UAE Traffic Authorities (RTA/Police) requirements.

3. Document Retention

As per our rental contract terms, we may retain copies of your identification documents. In specific cases agreed upon in the contract, the original passport may be held as a guarantee until the vehicle is returned and all dues are cleared.

4. Payment Security

By signing the rental agreement, you authorize Dejavu Car Rental to charge your credit card for rental fees, traffic fines, damages, and Salik charges incurred during your rental period.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. However, your information may be shared with:

• Government authorities (RTA, Dubai Police) for traffic fine processing and accident reports.
• Insurance companies for claims processing.
