Comprehensive insurance (CDW) covers damages to the vehicle in case of an accident, provided a valid Police Report is submitted.
02 What is minimum age for Car Rental?
Drivers under 25 years old may rent a vehicle subject to availability and may be subject to a higher excess fee, depending on the car category and insurance terms.

04 Is my country license valid in Dubai?
If you are a tourist from approved countries (like GCC, USA, UK, EU), you can use your home license. Otherwise, you must present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your national license. Residents must hold a UAE Driving License.
05 What Documents are required for renting a car in Dubai?
For Tourists: Original Passport, Visit Visa, and Home Country License (plus IDP if required). For Residents: Emirates ID and UAE Driving License. A valid Credit Card is also required for the security deposit.
06 What is the policy for advance car rental booking?
You can book in advance via our website or WhatsApp. Advance bookings guarantee vehicle availability. Please contact our support team for specific cancellation or modification policies.

09 Who is eligible for a no-deposit rental?
All customers who provide a valid credit card may be eligible for a no-deposit rental, subject to company approval.
10 Why is a credit card required for no-deposit rentals?
A credit card allows the company to secure authorization for potential charges such as traffic fines, Salik, damages, fuel differences, or other outstanding costs.
11 Can my credit card be charged after the rental?
Yes. By choosing a no-deposit option, you authorize the company to recover any applicable charges through your bank or card issuer if required.
12 What costs must be paid at the end of the contract?
All customers must settle all outstanding costs at the end of the rental contract and at vehicle return, including rental fees, fines, Salik, fuel differences, damages, and any additional charges.
13 Am I responsible for charges issued after returning the car?
Yes. Any fines or charges issued after vehicle return remain the customer’s responsibility and must be settled promptly upon notification.
14 Can the company request a deposit later?
Yes. The company reserves the right to request a security deposit if required based on the rental type or circumstances.
15 Why do many car rental companies provide limited information on their websites?
In the car rental market, some companies choose to limit or omit important details on their websites, such as insurance coverage, excess fees, deposits, mileage limits, fines, downtime charges, or eligibility rules. This lack of clarity can result in misunderstandings, unexpected costs, and frustration for customers.
